SERVICES TO SUPPORT ADULTS WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS
Project Free offers intensive and traditional outpatient treatment for men and women with substance use disorders.
Our team of experienced and licensed addiction specialists and medical professionals provides comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans.
Our treatment team works with participants to assess needs, strengths and goals to create a comprehensive and effective recovery plan. Substance use disorders and their impact on the individual and the lives of their family, friends and other supports are effectively treated through the use of evidence-based treatment models.
Services
We accept most major insurances and funding is available for individuals who have no insurance. Our services are provided in a supportive and non-judgmental environment and include:
- Comprehensive assessment
- Drug screening
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Individual and group therapies
- Family psycho-education groups
- Psychiatric consultation and medication management
- Access to community supports
- Continuing care programming
- Services in Spanish available
We offer a specialized Women’s program that provides childcare and transportation. Our team offers a variety of individual and group therapy sessions focusing on specific areas including:
- Co-occurring disorders
- Trauma-based recovery
- Skills Development
- Relapse prevention
- Anger and stress management
- Coping skills
