addiction services
Substance abuse and addiction take the best from our communities and deliver nothing but pain to addicts and the people who love them. No matter which kind of addiction, it is important to recognize that addiction has nothing to do with one's morality or strength of character. Each year drug abuse results in around 40 million serious illnesses or injuries among people in the United States.
Addiction affects almost every community and family in some way. Catholic Charities strives to provide meaningful services for the good of the individual as well as our community. Our programs offer ongoing follow-up psychiatric care and therapy for substance abuse issues-Assisting adults and adolescents whose substance abuse problems interfere with personal, academic, and family functioning.
